TL;DR
Data Engineer/Quant Dev (Quant Finance): Wrangling financial and alternative datasets, building and optimizing data pipelines and streaming systems from scratch with an accent on data cleaning, standardization, and analysis. Focus on interfacing with quants, PMs, and QDs to understand and fulfill their research data needs.

What you will do
- Onboard new datasets including financial, alternative, structured, and unstructured data
- Perform data cleaning, standardization, and optimization
- Build data streaming and pipelining systems
- Conduct data analysis
- Interface with Quants, PMs, and Quant Developers to understand and meet data needs for research
Requirements
- Python
- SQL
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with common financial datasets (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, S&P Global, CapIQ)
Nice to have
- Airflow or Snowflake experience
- CI/CD and DevOps experience
