Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Abu Dhabi, UAE

What you will do

• Oversee and enhance quality control systems for LLM-generated financial content
• Develop quality metrics to evaluate model effectiveness and consistency
• Design and implement data pipelines for processing financial data
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and finance experts to improve model precision
• Apply finance domain expertise to refine AI outputs for investment and market contexts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics (Macro), or related field
• 2+ years in finance, data science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of macroeconomics, financial markets, and investment principles
• Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries like pandas
• Experience designing efficient data pipelines and workflows
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex financial concepts

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services (brokerage, funds, banking) or macroeconomics research/consulting
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI/ML optimization, NLP, and machine learning algorithms
• Master’s degree in relevant field
