What you will do

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, data handling, and operational improvements
• Support role management, modeling, and governance
• Contribute to GUI design for IAM portals focusing on usability
• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager (Sync Engine & Portal)
• Handle service tickets and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
• Improve data quality and support process reengineering for IAM workflows

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable
• Professional experience in IAM or related technical area
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (Sync & Portal)
• Analytical mindset, quality awareness, structured independent working
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong team collaboration skills
