Application Support Consultant

What you will do

• Provide application and functional support for QAD ERP to clients.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and assist with analysis and troubleshooting.
• Offer guidance on best practices and contribute to documentation, knowledge base, and how-to guides.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues and prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, managers, vendors, and client teams to ensure satisfaction and success.

Requirements

• 5+ years application support for QAD ERP or comparable (SAP, Oracle, MS D365, Pronto, NetSuite).
• Manufacturing sector experience or supporting manufacturing modules (processes, scheduling, planning, production orders, BoM, routing).
• Experience in Help Desk environment managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-paced environment, and commit to continuous learning.
