What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Refactor and modernize existing codebases for better scalability and maintainability
• Work with modular architectures, shared libraries, and SDK-style components
• Take ownership of features or application modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements
• Ensure application performance, stability, and responsiveness in a distributed environment

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Proven experience refactoring or rebuilding existing codebases
• Solid understanding of scalable and modular mobile architectures
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams with high autonomy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Android)

Nice to have

• Experience with media-heavy applications (content platforms, video, publishing)
• Familiarity with shared libraries or SDK-based mobile architectures
• Experience with testing strategies in Flutter
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes
• Additional experience with native technologies (Swift, Kotlin)
• Experience optimizing performance in media-rich environments
