Location: London office, 4 days onsite.

Salary: £200k base

What you will do

• Own the full technology vision, platform architecture, and engineering standards
• Hands-on development: write code, review PRs, debug production issues, ship features
• Drive the product roadmap with the CEO, own prioritization and trade-offs
• Take full ownership of information security posture and regulatory compliance
• Lead a small senior team as a playing coach

Requirements

• Must work 4 days onsite in London office
• ~90% hands-on technical work in backend development, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, DevSecOps
• Deep expertise in enterprise security (IAM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• Fintech or digital asset background strongly preferred
• Experience owning architecture and leading from the front
