What you will do

• Develop and enhance Android app functionality and user experience across multiple hirify.global products in iterations
• Contribute to shared components for efficient feature delivery
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with Android engineers and stakeholders to define technical direction
• Improve user experience, performance, and code quality continuously
• Contribute to CI/CD, release processes, and PR guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years native Android development for Mid level or 5+ years for Senior
• Hands-on with Kotlin, Compose, Hilt, Coroutines
• Build maintainable apps using strong engineering practices and design patterns
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, clean code, code quality standards
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with RxJava and Dagger2
• Background in real-time data integrations (WebSockets, SSE)
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
