Chatfuel is an AI platform that helps service businesses automate client communication. Our core product — Co-worker — is an AI agent built for service and booking-driven businesses.

About the role
You won't be posting content into the void. Every post, every campaign is tied to real acquisition goals — registrations, trials, conversions. You'll see the full funnel, work with performance data, and understand what actually drives growth. You'll have creative freedom and real ownership of the channel from day one.
This is a great role if you want to grow beyond "just SMM" and learn how content fits into a broader marketing machine.

What you'll do
- Own Chatfuel's social media channels presence end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, copy, visual direction
- Create scroll-stopping Reels and viral-first content — you understand trends before they peak
- Monitor competitors and find content gaps we can win on
- Analyze what works, iterate fast, and double down on winning formats
- Collaborate with influencer, affiliate and performance teams to align messaging
🕹 Требования к кандидату:
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience (Instagram) — Reels, trends, growth
- Strong visual sense and ability to produce content that feels native to the platform
- Deep understanding of short-form video: hooks, pacing, virality mechanics
- Fluent English (required); Spanish is a strong bonus
- Creative thinker who can adapt tone and style to different audiences
- Comfortable working with data — you check what worked and why
Nice to have:
- Experience with LATAM audience
- Canva/Figma skills
- Vibe coding and AI tools in your daily workflow (Claude, CapCut AI, etc.)
- Understanding of how social content connects to paid funnels
