What you will do

• Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments for high availability and performance.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies, and IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Implement security hardening, patch management, endpoint security, and compliance checks.
• Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
• Automate user provisioning, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system resilience and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in Windows system administration or IT infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and authentication
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT
• Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• ITIL certified
• Experience in a research institute
