What you will do

• Drive research goals through appropriate methods and data collection.
• Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects including planning, fieldwork, and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts.
• Present research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Empower project teams to conduct effective research.
• Support ad-hoc projects for the product design and user research team.

Requirements

• Comfortable with writing and presenting in English.
• Strong planning skills to drive research roadmap and execute studies independently (interviews, tests, surveys, workshops).
• End-to-end experience with user research lifecycle (design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).
• Familiarity with range of research methods including in-depth interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
• Knowledge of experience design processes for digital products and service design.
• Portfolio demonstrating user behavior understanding, research processes, and strategic impact.

• Experience using AI in workflow for productivity.
