About the Role

You will transcribe podcast audio into clear written transcripts in Icelandic. You will ensure correct grammar punctuation and formatting identify speakers and structure dialogue edit and proofread for clarity meet assigned turnaround times and follow provided style guides. You will work remotely with a flexible schedule and use the platform tools to track and submit completed audio hours.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (native or near-native preferred)
• Strong command of Icelandic grammar spelling and written communication
• Ability to understand different accents and varying audio quality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Transcribe podcast episodes from audio to text in Icelandic with high accuracy
• Ensure proper grammar punctuation and formatting throughout transcripts
