What you will do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform React Native apps using TypeScript, building reusable UI components and performant lists
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time synchronization
• Debug platform-specific issues with Xcode/Android Studio and implement native modules in Swift/Kotlin
• Champion code quality through peer reviews, fixing technical debt, and improving test coverage
• Contribute to architecture on state management and navigation for scalability
• Monitor stability with Sentry/Crashlytics, optimize performance metrics, and own CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, and Product teams to deliver seamless UX

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience, at least 4 years focused on React Native
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React Native ecosystem (CLI, Hermes, debugging)
• Deep knowledge of iOS/Android build systems (Gradle, Pods) and ability to write/read native code (Swift/Kotlin)
• Expertise in modern React patterns (Hooks), state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query)
• Experience with unit/integration tests (Jest) and E2E testing (Maestro, Detox)
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for communication and discussions

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C apps at 100k+ MAU scale
• Writing Native Modules or JSI/TurboModules
• Mobile analytics (Segment, Amplitude), A/B testing
• Automation tools like Maestro or Appium
• Backend fundamentals (Node.js) for API debugging
