What you will do

• Take ownership of technical growth initiatives from problem definition to production, managing timelines and eliminating blockers.
• Build foundations for next-gen discoverability and SEO optimized for AI platforms and generative engines.
• Architect privacy-first data pipelines for advanced tracking, attribution, and server-side tagging.
• Partner with engineering to scale personalization engines, recommendation algorithms, and lifecycle messaging.
• Design viral growth systems and platforms for organic acquisition and content distribution.
• Research and implement AI tools to improve user journeys, automate workflows, and optimize funnels.

Requirements

• Driver mentality with elite ability to push cross-functional teams, especially engineering, to execute and hit deadlines.
• 5+ years in technical program management, engineering, or technical growth roles with deep understanding of web systems, infrastructure (CDNs, rendering), and data pipelines.
• Fast learner and innovator with systems-thinking mindset and hands-on AI experience for automation and personalization.
• Exceptional cross-functional alignment to bridge business/marketing and engineering with clear roadmaps and sprints.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem, tracking protocols, server-side data routing, and experimentation systems.
• Strong data fluency with SQL and BI tools for impact measurement.
