What you will do

• Own and execute the monthly close across multiple global entities, including coordination with external tax team and ensuring accurate US GAAP financial statements.
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and improve close processes and internal controls.
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice coding, approvals, payment execution, and workflow automation.
• Act as owner of the finance ticketing system, triage ad-hoc requests, and serve as generalist finance operator across accounting, ops, and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, partnering with leadership to track budget vs. actuals.
• Continuously improve finance operations through automation, tooling, workflows, and scalable documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's in Accounting; licensed CPA preferred.
• Deep US GAAP accounting expertise.
• Experience running full monthly close processes in a multi-entity global company.
• Ownership of Accounts Payable processes.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume operational requests with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
