What you will do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute strategic transformation initiatives delivering measurable outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and seamless implementation.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders at all levels for decision-making and change management.
- Act as interface between transformation functions and business units for alignment and communication.
- Shape initiatives based on business needs, ensure adoption, and maximize value return.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid working model in Budapest, Hungary
- Strategic thought leadership in organizational and technology domains.
- Advanced analytical skills leveraging data and AI for decisions and efficiency.
- SAFe methodology for planning and delivering large-scale initiatives.
- Stakeholder engagement and matrixed leadership across diverse teams.
- Data-driven decision making and communication up to executive level.
- Requirements management, business case creation, and value realization.
Nice to have
- Experience in telco sales and service journeys.
- Work in platform companies (hyperscalers, SaaS).
- Complex program management, process automation, service delivery.
- Continuous improvement and strong technical aptitude in networking/IT.
