What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute strategic transformation initiatives delivering measurable outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and seamless implementation.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders at all levels for decision-making and change management.
• Act as interface between transformation functions and business units for alignment and communication.
• Shape initiatives based on business needs, ensure adoption, and maximize value return.
