What you will do
- Own the core hardware product from concept through long-term consumer use.
- Partner with Product Design to translate designs into scalable hardware solutions.
- Drive hardware innovation, R&D, architecture, and key technology decisions.
- Deliver products on scope, timing, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Lead regulatory compliance, localization, quality improvements, and field issue resolution.
- Build and lead Hardware Product Engineering organization, partnering cross-functionally with Software, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and Mandarin
- Significant experience delivering consumer electronics, preferably living-room or home entertainment devices
- Strong background in embedded systems and hardware-software integration
- Track record delivering reliable consumer devices at scale
- Experience leading engineering or product teams in high-growth environments
- Collaboration with product design, manufacturing, sourcing, and managing ODM/JDM partnerships
Nice to have
- Experience with TV-connected, gaming, or home entertainment hardware
