What you will do

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D video creatives end-to-end, meeting high visual standards to capture player attention.
• Deliver strong visual storytelling using composition, color, animation principles, and staging for emotionally engaging ads.
• Work with modern stack including After Effects, Blender, Unity, collaborating with creative developers.
• Leverage AI and new technologies to optimize production speed while maintaining creative control.
• Contribute ideas, push creative boundaries, and improve team processes for high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Motion Designer in mobile games, focusing on high-quality video ads for performance and marketability.
• Strong hands-on in 2D/3D motion design, with proficiency in After Effects, Blender, and Unity.
• Sharp visual eye, animation fundamentals (Disney 12 principles), composition, color theory, motion quality.
• Autonomous work with limited feedback, navigating ambiguity in fast-paced test-and-learn environments.
• Understanding of modern production workflows, balancing speed and quality.
• Proactive mindset, strong team spirit, positive energy.
• English for collaboration.
