HR Contact Center Advisor: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries via chat, email, and phone, managing HR lifecycle cases with an accent on thorough investigations and superb customer service. Focus on researching guidelines, resolving complex queries, and collaborating across teams to improve processes.
Location: Hybrid in Costa Rica, San Jose (Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, adjusts to 8am-5pm during Daylight Saving Time; not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship)

What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
- Conduct investigations and resolve HR issues with exceptional customer service.
- Research guidelines to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams on complex queries and process improvements.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and collaboration.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English (resume in English required).
- Currently pursuing technical or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related; or 2+ years in similar roles.
- 1+ year contact center or HR shared services experience.
- Exceptional customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills.
- Attention to detail, stakeholder management, adaptability to ambiguity.
Nice to have
- 1+ year with HR tools like Workday, ServiceNow.
- Customer service or process improvement certifications.
- Proficient in MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
