TL;DR
HR Contact Center Advisor (Student): Serve as first point of contact for HR support in Americas region, resolving employee questions on HR lifecycle via chat, email, phone with an accent on customer service, issue investigation, and research. Focus on collaborating across teams for complex queries, ensuring employee care, and improving processes through idea sharing.
Location: Hybrid in San Jose, Costa Rica (Shift 1). This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.

What you will do
- Engage with current and former employees as first point of contact for HR support in Americas.
- Resolve HR lifecycle questions and issues via chat, email, and phone with superb customer service.
- Conduct extensive research on guidelines while staying engaged with employees.
- Collaborate across multiple teams for complex queries.
- Share ideas to improve processes, customer engagement, and cross-organizational collaboration.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field with at least 2 years schoolwork experience.
- Customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Attention to detail, stakeholder management, willingness to work with ambiguity.
Nice to have
- 3+ months customer service and/or contact center experience.
- Knowledge of HR tools such as Workday, Service Now, or SQL.
- MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
