What you will do

• Build frameworks to understand user discovery, content engagement, and social interactions; design experiments to improve experiences
• Define analytical approach for social features, metrics for healthy engagement on music platform
• Analyze creator and artist success to inform programs and incentives
• Surface insights connecting content, social, and creator dynamics
• Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and music teams on strategy and execution
• Contribute to data foundations within data science team

Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ideally content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
• Advanced SQL, Python, statistical modeling
• Experience designing/running experiments, deriving insights, strategic recommendations
• Strategic thinking on content ecosystems and platform health
• Excellent communication, collaboration
• Self-starter, thrives in ambiguity, passion for learning

• Background in music, creator monetization, social products, content discovery
