What you will do

• Lead workflow design, upgrades, and adoption of CDS solutions across care settings.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across product, content, and informatics teams.
• Guide customers on workflow changes, escalations, and integration issues.
• Provide workflow expertise to sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Contribute to product strategy, go-to-market planning, and KPIs for adoption.
• Mentor informatics team members and elevate practices organization-wide.

Requirements

• 8–10 years experience in clinical workflow design, system build, and integrations across care settings
• Hands-on experience with customer implementations, upgrades, and delivery coordination
• Deep knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; clinical background (e.g., nursing) strongly preferred
• Advanced degree in clinical informatics or healthcare preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
