Salary: 9,180,000–10,200,000 ISK annually

What you will do

• Learn and execute on infrastructure projects paired with a mentor, contributing to high-quality, maintainable code and owning technical domains via Areas of Responsibility.
• Build foundations for Asana's infrastructure, architecting and operating critical services at scale.
• Collaborate globally with teams in San Francisco, New York, and Warsaw on service-oriented architecture and cross-timezone workflows.
• Develop frameworks, services, and tooling to empower engineering teams and enable faster, safer development.
• Apply best practices for cloud applications (AWS) and infrastructure tooling to ensure system reliability and operational excellence.
• Write high-quality code, participate in on-call rotation (with training), and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (spring/summer 2026) or early career with degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Solid fundamentals in programming and computer science with interest in distributed systems.
