Location: Based in Copenhagen (HQ), hybrid, some travel expected.

What you will do
- Support strategic planning and sourcing by researching targets, building pipelines, and developing stakeholder relationships.
- Execute M&A transactions including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.
- Prepare business cases and financial analyses for senior management and manage external advisors.
- Analyze strategic alternatives like buy vs. build and conduct synergy assessments.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry M&A activity.
- Develop and execute post-merger integration plans with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 2-5 years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related, with proven M&A experience.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong project management for multiple complex projects.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- High integrity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
