Location: United States (US-based role; E-Verify for employment eligibility required)
Compensation: $400k–$450k OTE (50/50 split)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives for new business acquisition.
- Participate in client meetings, support complex deals, and resolve escalations.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent.
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking against goals.
- Partner with marketing for pipeline creation and lead strategic campaigns.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven sales leadership in SaaS; Martech strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading AEs to achieve/exceed quotas
- Strong executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Track record coaching teams on complex, high-value deals
- Consultative selling expertise and proven methodologies
- Business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
