What you will do
- Join the CS Operations team, reporting to the Regional Customer Sustainability Manager.
- Deliver outstanding service, act as first point of contact for escalations, and ensure quick resolutions.
- Spot process issues, collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations and align with CX goals.
- Lead proactive communications on sustainability, compliance, onboarding, and risk mitigation.
- Build 1-2-1 relationships with high-value customers and drive retention while adhering to guidelines.
- Partner with Legal and Player Sustainability teams, ensure GRC compliance, and complete mandatory training.
Requirements
- Native/Fluent in Dutch
- Good understanding of Responsible Gaming, GDPR, Player Safety processes.
- Excellent communication skills, high empathy, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable with outbound customer communication across channels.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical mindset, product and CS process knowledge.
- Self-driven, structured, eager to learn and share knowledge.
