What you will do

• Contribute to discovery projects using AI, including predictive modelling, biomedical knowledge graphs, and generative/agentic AI.
• Apply models on graphs and biomedical data/databases to generate therapeutic hypotheses such as drug repurposing or target identification.
• Participate in developing and testing innovative in silico platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
• Availability to work on-site in Sant Feliu de Llobregat
• Completed BSc in computer science, bioinformatics, statistics, mathematics or other quantitative disciplines; ideally finishing Master’s.
• Programming experience (e.g., Python, R).
• Basic notions of machine learning, statistics, networks, and biology.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to various projects.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with biomedical knowledge graphs, annotation databases, omics data, or drug discovery process.
