What you will do

• Monitor health of hosted infrastructures including Windows servers, MSSQL, mainframe systems, and batch jobs using monitoring tools.
• Track performance, availability, and stability of applications on platforms.
• Respond to alerts on systems performance, availability, and capacity; diagnose issues and apply fixes or workarounds.
• Provide 1st/2nd level support, troubleshooting for infrastructure and applications, and join incident management calls.
• Document issues and resolutions; collaborate with technical squads on complex problems.
• Participate in hypercare duties and assist colleagues with squad-related requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in infrastructure and application monitoring/support, preferably Windows server and MSSQL.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Site24x7, Hostmonitor, Redgate; knowledge of IIS, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, MSSQL 2016/2019, Azure.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and basic Citrix.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating schedule, on-call, weekends, holidays, cyclones, and office presence.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, customer-oriented attitude, communication, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Hostmonitor, SCOM, Splunk, Syslog; automation tools like Control-M.
• Basic network troubleshooting, FTP/SFTP protocols, encryption, incident management processes, Mainframe/batch processing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
