What you will do

• Define and maintain AI evaluation framework covering capability, reliability, bias, explainability; conduct PoCs and benchmarks.
• Produce validation reports with go/no-go recommendations and stay updated on AI landscape (LLMs, agents).
• Support engineering and product teams with AI integration patterns, best practices, and lifecycle monitoring.
• Assess AI tools for security, compliance (GDPR, ISO), risks like data leakage; maintain risk register.
• Define cost governance guidelines, forecast spend, and optimize AI workloads.
• Run workshops, create resources to enable responsible AI adoption across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical role with AI/ML systems, software engineering, or data engineering
• Hands-on with LLM solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and cloud AI services (AWS, GCP)
• Strong information security principles for AI (data handling, access controls)
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
• Ability to communicate technical findings to engineering and business stakeholders
• Structured, methodical mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, healthcare, fintech)
• Knowledge of EU AI Act, ISO 42001, or other AI governance frameworks
• Background in FinOps or cloud cost management
• Experience building internal tooling or developer enablement
