TL;DR

Procedural Tech Art Intern (Gamedev): Work with content departments to contribute to game worlds using in-house Python API and develop tooling for artists with an accent on testing systems, introducing improvements, and documentation. Focus on learning proprietary engine, content pipelines, and assisting in procedural tech art workflows.

Location: On-site in Amsterdam studio; must be in commuting distance and able to work in the Netherlands. Currently enrolled in a Dutch school.

What you will do

  • Work with in-house developed Python API.
  • Develop tooling to assist artists.
  • Test existing systems, introduce improvements, and write documentation.
  • Learn proprietary engine and content creation pipelines.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch school in relevant field.
  • Able to work on-site in Amsterdam studio and in commuting distance.
  • Available for internship from 1st September 2026.

Nice to have

  • Proactive mindset with creativity, responsibility, and passion for automation.
  • Good communication skills and multi-disciplinary team experience.
  • Knack for tools design, developer workflows, and usability.
  • Proficiency in Houdini SOPs, COPs, Python, or adjacent languages.
