Senior Flutter Developer

TL;DR

Senior Flutter Developer (Flutter): Development and improvement of crucial platform components with an accent on architecture decisions, testability, and mentoring. Focus on participating in planning sessions, code reviews, innovative ideas, and process improvements.

Location: On-site in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Must be already in UAE or willing to relocate; full relocation support provided. Remote or hybrid not available.

What you will do

• Develop and improve crucial platform components.
• Ensure product testability and support documentation.
• Participate in grooming, planning, tech, and estimation sessions.
• Make architecture-level decisions and bring innovative ideas to processes.
• Mentor Middle/Junior team members and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on mobile development (Android or iOS).
• 2+ years hands-on Flutter (at least 1 app released in store).
• Solid Dart knowledge (including streams/RxDart).
• Solid mobile architecture principles.
• Good OOP/SOLID, REST, and Sockets knowledge.

Nice to have

• Kotlin, Java, Swift.
• CI/CD experience.
• Unit and functional testing experience.
