What you will do
- Own vertical slices of the Editor platform, taking end-to-end responsibility from design to deployment.
- Deliver value in smallest increments as quickly as possible.
- Partner with Product and UX to break down complex requirements into well-designed software.
- Lead technical design decisions, balancing architecture and product needs.
- Contribute to Creative Engineering Group, keeping frontend and core packages performant and scalable.
- Mentor team through code reviews and share expertise.
- Drive projects independently, resolving roadblocks proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience building robust, complex web applications with frontend mastery.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript, deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to drive projects independently with persistence and autonomy.
- Ambition, commitment to growth, and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to translate product vision into technical tasks.
