TL;DR

Location: Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland (hybrid model, balancing office and remote work)

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders and C-suite across Product and Engineering to align people strategy with business goals and growth
  • Support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, team performance, and leadership development
  • Coach executives, directors, and managers on performance, feedback, engagement, and change leadership
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and contribute to cross-functional People initiatives like talent reviews and manager enablement
  • Drive org design, team structure evolution, and use data insights to lead HR projects from diagnosis to execution
  • Design and facilitate leadership development sessions and ensure compliance with employment laws

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including in HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and C-suite in fast-paced organizations
  • Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or technical organizations
  • Strong employee relations experience handling complex situations
  • Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with organizational design, change management, workforce planning
  • Data-informed mindset with analytics and AI tools; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday
  • Tech, startup, or scaling environment experience
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation for HR workflows
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
