Application Manager (f/m/x) for Geos Services: Ensuring operation, monitoring, and issue resolution for custody and settlement platforms with an accent on system reliability during service hours and compliance processes. Location: Hybrid with work-from-home options from Austria, plus 30 days/year remote work from any EU country.
Salary: Starting at EUR 67,400 gross p.a. including overtime, with overpayment based on experience.

What you will do
- Operate, monitor, and resolve issues for critical applications and interfaces.
- Handle daily tasks, stakeholder requests, and incident resolution independently.
- Create SQL reports and maintain/execute UA testing.
- Communicate with users, analyze problems, and liaise with vendors as SPOC.
- Drive proactive improvements and substitute for dedicated topics.
- Collaborate on projects and daily operations while documenting processes for compliance.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and at least B2 German for reading/speaking tasks.
- Work experience in application management in banking or related field.
- Education in Computer Science or similar.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Grafana, and ServiceNow.
- Experience maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting applications/interfaces.
- Proactive, communicative attitude for stakeholder/vendor interactions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Geos products and custodial accounting processes.
- Experience with Zephyr testing tool.
- Experience with AI tools for efficiency.
