What you will do

• Develop Flutter app as part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across groups
• Plan, prioritize work, and build domain understanding to clarify requirements
• Run community of practice and mentor junior colleagues via pair programming
• Enhance client relationships and develop new capabilities aligned with company goals
• Write scalable, maintainable code using architectural best practices

Requirements

• Strong commercial Flutter/Dart experience with good design patterns and testable code
• Native iOS/Android skills (Swift/Objective-C/Java/Kotlin) or strongly typed languages
• Experience with architectures (MVVM, MVP, VIP), modularization, and mobile UI (Figma, design systems, accessibility)
• Extensive Git, testing (unit/integration/UI), code quality tools, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• SOLID principles, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, mobile security, REST APIs, microservices
• Passion for technology, collaboration with stakeholders, designers, testers
