What you will do

• Conduct credit risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Improve decision engine logic and parameters for customer acceptance and credit limits.
• Oversee credit approval processes and ensure policy and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor and analyze credit risk in the company portfolio.
• Develop reporting solutions for credit risk management.
• Present strategies and findings to senior management and Risk Committee.
• Train teams on credit risk practices and policies.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• At least 5 years in credit risk management, including 2 years managerial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of credit risk regulations and standards.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with credit risk tools and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certifications like CFA or FRM.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or lending.
