What you will do
- Conduct credit risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Improve decision engine logic and parameters for customer acceptance and credit limits.
- Oversee credit approval processes and ensure policy and regulatory adherence.
- Monitor and analyze credit risk in the company portfolio.
- Develop reporting solutions for credit risk management.
- Present strategies and findings to senior management and Risk Committee.
- Train teams on credit risk practices and policies.
Requirements
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- At least 5 years in credit risk management, including 2 years managerial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of credit risk regulations and standards.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Experience with credit risk tools and systems.
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Nice to have
- Masterβs degree or certifications like CFA or FRM.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or lending.
