Associate Staff Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure)

TL;DR

Senior Platform Engineer (Terraform/IaC): Drive delivery of standardized, scalable infrastructure automations emphasizing security, compliance best practices, DR/HA, and cost optimization. What you will do

• Research, design, and engineer reusable, standards-based infrastructure modules that are highly available and secure.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks for Terraform code including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Develop and maintain OPA policies to enforce security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Harness for infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with CICD, FinOps, security, and application teams to meet organizational needs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and documentation for platform tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation.
• Expert proficiency in Terraform including workspaces, remote state, and modules.
• Experience with Terratest or similar for Terraform testing.
• Strong hands-on with OPA for policy-as-code.
• Expertise with Harness or similar CI/CD for infra pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure products.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience and strategies.
• Service mesh, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.
