We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Rails + Next.js)

Small, high-speed team (3 people), product with 15 years on the market and thousands of users.
Own tasks end-to-end: from ticket to deploy (API, frontend, infra).

Requirements:
-4+ years with Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js
-Experience with Render / Vercel / Railway or other PaaS platforms
-Proficiency using AI tools to speed up development (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)

Responsibilities:
-Feature development across Rails and Next.js
- Bug fixes
- Infrastructure work as we migrate hosting to Render
- Security hardening and deployment pipeline improvements
- Writing tests and catching your own edge cases before QA does

Stages:
Pre-screen call
Paid Test task
Technical Interview with the client
Final Interview with the client

Long-term | Remote
Language: Russian and English
Salary: up to negotiation (3000-4000$ gross)
