What you will do

  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of high-performance Java applications in the banking domain.
  • Own technical architecture and design, aligning with business requirements.
  • Develop backend services using Java and Spring Suite (Boot, MVC, Security, Data).
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level developers and drive engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to solution design for microservices, APIs, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7–10 years in Java development, with lead/senior experience.
  • Strong banking/financial services domain expertise.
  • Deep Java and Spring ecosystem knowledge; system architecture and design patterns.
  • Enterprise applications, APIs, distributed systems, SDLC, Agile experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
