TL;DR
Desktop Engineer (Intermediate): Day-to-day operation, support, and troubleshooting of enterprise endpoint and identity services across Windows and macOS environments with an accent on modern workplace technologies like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, MECM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Autopatch. Focus on incident resolution, device management, user access control, and operational improvements in collaboration with IT teams.
Location: Hybrid mode 3+2 in Brno, Czech Republic (minimum 3 days at office, mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

What you will do
- Provide desktop and application support for internal customers in Brno office and remote users
- Install, configure, image, and re-image company PCs, workstations, and mobile devices per IT standards
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows, macOS, SaaS, and productivity tools
- Participate in on-site support including new hire onboarding and hardware lifecycle management
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid in Brno office (3+ days/week)
- Demonstrated experience in incident management and troubleshooting desktop issues
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems (configuration, support, maintenance)
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools: Microsoft Intune, JAMF, MECM, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopatch
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (user/group management, access control, Conditional Access)
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agents configuration for automation
- Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cato networks)
- Hardware lifecycle management
- Basic Zoom Enterprise troubleshooting
