🧩 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator / Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in managing enterprise collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in M365 services, troubleshooting, and working in a banking or large enterprise environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services:
o Exchange Online
o SharePoint Online
o OneDrive for Business
o Microsoft Teams
• Handle user lifecycle management:
o Provisioning & deprovisioning
o License assignment & optimization
o Group and access management
• Implement security & compliance:
o Microsoft Purview / Compliance Center
o Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
o Retention & audit policies
• Monitor & troubleshoot:
o Mail flow issues
o Teams & SharePoint issues
o Identity-related challenges
• Manage identity & access:
o Azure AD (Entra ID)
o Conditional Access
o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Perform migrations:
o On-prem to cloud
o Tenant-to-tenant
• Provide L2/L3 support, maintain documentation, and enhance user experience

🛠️ Required Skills
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Administration
• Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
• Expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Knowledge of M365 security & compliance
• Strong troubleshooting skills (L3 level)
• Experience in Banking/Finance domain (preferred)
