What you will do

• Define and maintain AI toolkit for product managers, evaluating tools for discovery, PRD writing, user research, data analysis, and prototyping.
• Create AI-assisted templates and workflows for PM tasks like PRD writing, review, research summarization, and competitor tracking.
• Train PMs on AI usage including prompt engineering, spec writing, analytics queries, and identifying when human review is needed.
• Conduct process audits across operations like payouts, compliance, KYC, identifying automation opportunities and building business cases.
• Lead cross-squad improvement initiatives, track metrics like processing time and error rates, and maintain a central process backlog.
• Embed with squads for 2-3 weeks to audit processes and present recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years combining product management, process improvement, or operations with AI/automation from product ops, process engineering, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for workflows, LLMs, automation platforms like Zapier/Make/n8n, and their limitations.
• Strong process mapping, audit skills to identify bottlenecks, measure cycle times, and quantify ROI.
• Proven training non-technical teams on AI tools via workshops and materials.
• Understanding of AI guardrails for responsible use in business processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple squads.
• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, CS or equivalent.
