What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance backend services and APIs in cloud-native microservices architecture.
• Contribute to AWS-based deployments, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support Azure to AWS migration, modernizing infrastructure and resolving technical debt.
• Collaborate with QA, BAs, and platform teams in Agile model across Manila and UK timezones.
• Troubleshoot issues across application and infrastructure layers, participate in technical discussions on performance and scalability.
• Perform occasional Angular maintenance and UI adjustments to support functional requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working in distributed cross-timezone teams and communicating with global stakeholders.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET (preferably .NET 8 or modern .NET Core).
• Backend-heavy full-stack development with working knowledge of Angular.
• Hands-on with AWS, cloud-native deployments, microservices, Docker & Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines.
• SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server), Git-based workflows, automated builds.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, minimal supervision at senior level.

Nice to have

• Prior Azure experience, especially migrations.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Event-driven architectures (SNS, SQS).
• Enterprise/ERP-scale systems, performance tuning, observability.
• GitLab runners, release tools like Octopus Deploy.
