What you will do

• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day procurement operations
• Monitor and review all processes within operational purchasing
• Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email
• Manage customer and supplier inquiries, returns, credit notes, refunds, order statuses, and cancellations
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to end customers

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
• Degree in Commerce / Economics and first professional experience in operational purchasing
• Interest in IT topics is desirable
• High level of analytical thinking, organisational and excellent communication skills
• Service- and customer-oriented with ability to provide the best solutions
• Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
