What you will do

• Lead QA strategy: design and execute automation roadmap for agentic AI systems across semiconductor design lifecycle.
• Architect evaluation frameworks: build LLM-native automated testing suites for agent reasoning, planning, and self-correction.
• Develop full-stack automation: use Python for core logic and TypeScript for UI/UX integration.
• Validate hybrid environments: ensure performance and security in cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise deployments.
• Implement observability: advanced logging and tracing to detect agent drift and hallucinations in EDA workflows.
• Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to integrate continuous evaluation into CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements

• Location: Cork, Ireland
• 8+ years in Software QA/Automation, with 2+ years in lead or architect role.
• Expert Python and TypeScript for building complex automation frameworks.
• Deep experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker) and on-premise constraints.
• Mastery of system-level, regression, and performance/load testing for distributed systems.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI testing frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain; ReAct patterns.
• Understanding of RAG pipelines validation, retrieval accuracy, grounding.
• AI-assisted QA for test case generation, failure analysis, regression prediction.
