What you will do

• Create and set up assets for projects in Unreal Engine.
• Optimize project content for quality and performance requirements.
• Maintain and support existing projects.
• Implement, adjust, and refine materials and shaders using node-based and HLSL techniques.
• Provide support based on team and production needs across projects.
• Collaborate daily with Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist to achieve visual quality.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
• Solid understanding of PBR workflow and rendering pipelines
• Hands-on experience with UE5 shader creation (node-based and HLSL)
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard 3D software
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine for mobile platforms.
• Technical understanding of shader optimization in UE5.
• Ability to share knowledge and create documentation.
