TL;DR

Payments Coordinator (iGaming): Manage PSP-related matters in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, drive initiatives, resolve escalations, and improve platform reliability, acceptance, and cost-efficiency. Focus on monitoring KPIs, optimizing balances, identifying new PSPs, coordinating integrations, and analyzing reports to raise business risks.

Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia. Open to candidates based in the EU and eligible to work in Estonia.

What you will do

  • Support reconciliation processes with Accounting and Treasury teams.
  • Act as main point of contact for Accounting, Legal, and PSPs on payments questions and changes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and coordinate PSP account balances while optimizing KPIs.
  • Follow up on daily issues with PSPs and own critical incidents.
  • Identify new PSPs, assess feasibility, and coordinate integration projects across teams.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to improve processes and operations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in payments, analytics, project management, or related operational role.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with payment data like fees and acceptance rates.
  • Clear communicator for internal and external collaboration.
  • Well-organized, proactive, able to manage tasks in fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Open to occasional travel and representing at iGaming events.

  • Experience in iGaming.
