What you will do
- Spearhead KYB onboarding operations, chase stakeholders, and remove blockers for smooth partner integration.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, conduct 1:1 sessions, and ensure team adherence.
- Oversee Partner Support and Onboarding sub-teams for efficient workflows and timely ticket resolution.
- Lead account management to build trusted partner relationships aligned with company goals.
- Build frameworks, policies, and metrics for onboarding, account management, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor partner activity, ensure compliance, and handle ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years in customer service, account management, or partner operations.
- Proven experience in KYB onboarding and partner account management.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environment.
