What you will do
- Receive and greet visitors professionally, handle phone calls and customer inquiries.
- Support maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills.
- Order office supplies and IT equipment, organize messengers for deliveries.
- Collect and distribute incoming mail and courier items.
- Coordinate company functions, events, and weekly lunches.
- Archive company documents and assist in any administration duties.
- Participate in company events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Thai students/fresh grads based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Available for full-time internship minimum 3 months.
- Good English and strong Thai (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills: Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Open-minded, friendly personality, attention to detail, team collaboration.
- Own laptop preferred.
