What you will do

• Design, write, and maintain code for sophisticated iOS applications meeting high quality and user experience standards
• Work with a diverse, geographically distributed team
• Conduct code reviews, fix bugs, and write tests for application stability and performance
• Collaborate with product managers to build features enhancing user engagement and application growth
• Craft experiments to understand user interactions and propose product improvements

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping native iOS/iPadOS applications using Swift
• Strong interest in modern iOS development practices including SwiftUI and MVVM
• Passion for identifying and resolving bugs with proficiency in code reviews, unit testing, and automation
• Ability to operate effectively in a distributed team with excellent communication skills
• Experience working transparently in hirify.global's open-source project and global community

Nice to have

• Reading and understanding Javascript and/or Rust
• Asking questions and proposing new ideas for positive impact
