What you will do

• Influence company-wide decisions by creating product strategies and roadmaps to address improvements and opportunities.
• Define and own track strategy, product vision, and long-term roadmap for next generation payments platform (NGPP) and modernization initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional teams to set objectives and goals, tracking success metrics regularly.
• Lead and coach a team of product managers on prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery.
• Improve developer velocity, platform reliability, testability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across tracks to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in (technical) product management in Engineering or Technology Strategy with cross-functional teams
• Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS bonus), and complex production systems at scale
• 3+ years people management, leading product managers as direct reports
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills; agile methodologies preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
